It's simple. A car is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

Bad time to sell a car thats all.

I payed over 35 g's for my r34 but that was about 3 years ago.

The market has been in free fall for at least a year or so.

I have only had this car advertised for around 3 weeks and now that i have advertised outside of the forums there has been plenty of interest. The only reason that i had not done so previously is that it's not an overly urgent sale. Of coarse a car is only worth what someone will pay for it, it is the simple concept of supply and demand. In the current market my car is reasonably priced if not a bit on the cheap side. How about contributing your comments to one of the other people selling 34 Gtt's and trying to get between 27 and 31k for them and a lot of the time with high kms and in average condition. The market is not that hard to read and if you do some research you will see that markets vary from state to state. Do a search for 34 gtt manuals in South Australia on carsales and let me know what you come up with.
