Well, hopefully when the car gets here, I'll put all this behind me too. Dean, I understand that you are purely the middle men.

I have not dealt with yourself before, so I cannot speak from experience, but from my PERSONAL experience, not even my broker is offering any advice. How did I find out that my plate was finally approved, not from my broker, NO, I had to call the compliance house directly! Now, tell me what's the purpose of a broker, shouldnt it be in their interest to keep their customers informed??

Every time I try to call for an update, the phone just rings through. SMS' never get replied to, calls that do go through, have stated that they'll call back, yeah bs, they'll call.

I guess, while the brokers should not be offended here, I have been badly burnt. You would have thought that having no car would have saved me money. Well, in relying on other people for transport, my designated drivers, have either had an accident, or got fine. Now I'm obliged to pay for these. The benefits and cost savings of imported are very quickly diminishing now!
