Front Bumper And Beyond

hey guys,

ahhh... on my r33 gts-t 93'... the front bumper (which isnt stock) is hanging down on the driver side.. i was wondering do i have to go to a body works shop to have that fixed or is there a D.I.Y way to keep it up ( i bought the car like this) and also.. just infront of the front wheels are these covers it looks like.. but they are just dangling around.... can i take them off or will that cause more problems??

for the driver side, just drilled a hole on the front bar to keep it up using nut and bolts..

and you can take off the shield thing on the wheel but it will make front bar or a bit of the engine bay dirty..
