S1 Reo Bar/ S2 Reo Bar Gtst

hi all, just wondering if a S1 reo bar is interchangable with S2?? I am going to cut a fair bit of the front of the reo bar out to accomodate my new 400r bar so not to worried if i need to do a bit more cutting, cheers in advance
