why would i be asking on a skyline forum if i drove an alpha??

yes i do 'own' one.. i did look in the fuse box under the drivers dash.. but my japanese isnt that good so i thought instead of me having to put a meter across every fuse i would simply ask and see if anyone knew.. i didnt know about the fuses in the boot, but will check in there too. Yes it is a 33, but i thought all the fuse positions/locations would be fairly similar throughout each model.

thanks for your help

If you mean the Radiator fan doesnt come on when you turn the A/C on - thats normal!!!! It will only come on if the radiator water temp is past a certain temp via a thermo switch. Its similar to when A/C isnt selected on , the fan only operates by temp thermo switch. Hope that helps. You can check the fan operates by bridging the 2 wires in the connector thats just down the left side of the radiator (looking towards the rear of the car), that will bypass the thermo switch.
