i had a black widow on my old car, it was a good alarm never gave me any problems. now i have a Mongoose (it was fitted for around $500) its a great alarm. i would not spend too much more than that, if sum1 wants ur car they will tow it, so imo i don't think its worth spending more. other good brands r viper, code alarms, hornet & python.

The installation of an alarm is as important as the brand. All products made by Directed electronics are excellent. these include Matrix, Viper, Python, Hornet, Rattler and more. If your car is an import then this means that your choices are limited to those alarms that comply to Australian standards 4601. Pm me for a quote  Danny

yes but sometimes the more you spend the more shit you get. for example who needs sensors to turn on your headlights automatically. and who needs sensors to sense rain and turn your windshield wipers on automatically, not me!

although i am thinking about tapping another siren into the pre existing one and also placing a few motion sensors on the inside! :(

just buy one which sounds good, something point imob, all door entry detection, shock sensors, flashing lights, the works!
