If you just pull then they will break off, i know at least two other people who have learnt this, and they know who they are.

The tip is to use short sharp jerky pulls/hits with the palm of your hand, and most of the time they will let go.

WD40 or similar is also a good idea.

Same thing happend to me and is still happening. Tried to get one of the bolts off. The bolt started to beark to peices but the main section that is round is still attached.

Ever tried putting on lowered springs with out taking out the suspension? Not very fun at all.

I'm going to grind the bolt off.

Single hex sockets/spanners are great when you're up against a c*nt of a bolt.

If its going to break, youll probably be able to feel it, when you get to this stage you might be a bit screwed.

use leverage but make sure the tool is still on the head realy good.
