Firstly let me just say that this is an awesome car worth every cent of the asking price. The work carried out and mods are top notch.

I do have one question....I've read a lot of articles on this car as I have been in the skyline game for a fair while now and it has appeared in many a magazine. In one such article I'm pretty sure that I read this car was a nuts and bolts rebuild using only genuine GTR parts but using a gtst chassis...can anyone confirm or deny this?

it's a damn nice car. I dunno if I personally would pay $120K for it, but I don't doubt that they would have spent more than that building it. as for it being "re vinned as a GTR" not possible. it's a GTS. I can't be "re-vinned" there is no such thing.

hmmm there are alot of cars u can get for 120k

think the gold top secret went for less that was years ago and that was genuine GTR etc...

my 2cents

The gold R33 was not an actual Top Secret demo car - And was sold for mid $90k around 4 years ago from memory.

It has been sold again since as most people know, thought for around half the price.

Your correct though - $120k buys you a LOT of car these days.

funny enough theres alot of "mystery" about that car, which is very political.

i can say i would spend 120k on a non genuine, dont care how much is spend

alot of "clean " mods should raise the price on a quality car but there is a limit

this quote is off their webpage

Q: What are the bits and pieces you put in this car?

A: Take one 1997 V Spec GT-R completely strip, take one 1993 GT-R race car and remove it's engine, coolers etc. Take one 1994 GTS4 completely strip. Mix them all together and bake for 620 hours.
