Will a RB20DET head work on my RB20DE+t conversion? I am currently running the 'DE' head. I know there is a difference in duration between the two. The reason I ask is, I am considering a cometic head gasket @ 1.3mm to help reduce my 10:1 compression, I'll have the head off anyways so would it be beneficial to swap to the 'DET' head instead?

Only if you want to run high boost and its more than a nice daily driver with a lot more mods.

For a daily driver I would value the off boost response from the higher compression around town and up to 7PSI for that extra grunt when you need it.

If your looking to go all out it would be worth changing the head and the gasket and run 20PSI! LOL :)

(AS long as you have the supporting mods inc. ECU and dyno'd!)
