Where To Get My Dishies Polished?

Hey all,

Picture the bottom of a roller door chain running in a wheel that was sitting beneath it as the door is lifted. Today my stupid ass father did that to a quarter of one of my rims on the dish. Scratches everywhere......*shattered* and *f**ken cut*

Where to get this professionally polished out / repaired? Might as well get the others done as well...

Eastern area would be preffered, did a search came up with nothing to do with wheel / metal polishing.
