Malpassi rising rate fuel pressure regulator

Hi there all!

I am currently doing a carburettor to EFI conversion on my Daihatsu Charade turbo (G100 but not Gtti)

I now have EVERYTHING fot the conversion but have never used a malpassi rising rate regulator before!

I assume that one of the outer holes on the regulator must be plugged the other oter hole is the inlet to the regulator after the fuel rail. The central attatchment ,i assume, is the return to tank.

Why does it have TWO adjustment nuts??? Is one for the base pressure and the other for the multiplication factor under boost?

which one is which?
