You've touched it (the quartz envelope) with your fingers and now it's f**ked, so you have to buy replacement for that too. I am not certain on the point, but these lights look like your running lights, which are specifically coloured towards the yellow spectrum, as it is more easily seen in fog. And as such may even be required by law to be coloured like that.
