Those apartments are pretty nice, I live in central park just opposite them.

oh yeah i lived there for a while once, nice shoulda of moved in to the reserve though man!

Yeah renting in the reserve would be ok, but I was buying a unit and units in central park are much better for return on investment.

that is arguable, i think the the units in the reserve may appreciate slower but will ultimately havea higher peak price than central park, but good luck with it.
