My theory, get an S13 SR cluster (one with a broken speedo or something cheap) and remove the tachometer board, swap it onto the cefiro cluster (keep the Cefiro face plates so it still looks factory).

Or, you can buy aftermarket tachometers that aren't 5" wide and don't come with shift lights and recall functions, remove the original tacho from the cluster and make a new faceplate from the original, with a hole in the middle to suit your aftermarket tachometer.

Either that, or if you can find some sort of electronic device that multiplies frequencies?
