Hey I was just wondering if its possible to import a "race" car and make it street legal.

What would be involved in making it street legal and what kind of cash?

And I'm 90% sure if it's imported as race use only, you cannot make it street legal.

Unless.....you have the parts to convert it back to stock...

And..there is some one here in Australia with a compliance for the car.

Here we go..

Get them in Japan to bring it back to stock for you...fill up a few boxes with the parts they took off..,,put them on after road registered.

Then you can...make it a registered car....NOT STREET LEGAL THOUGH..LOL

you can register it as a rally car if you have the right license, and only need to drive it to events and practice.

Also "Personal Import" might be an option ifyou have owned it for 12 months overseas
