I like telstra because I don't pay for internet, email, sms or mms wooOoo

i contract to telstra and sometimes put adsl on for people,my advise is keep hasseling them!!!!!!!!!!!

All I'm after is my line specs which are detailed from an SQ test.

if ur going threw a rim atm and cant get adsl,ring whomever ur contract is threw and ask them for the next adsl slot that becomes avalaible,maybe that might be quicker(i know there bloody slow, try getting money out of them!!!)but yeah you should be able to get one that way.hope that helps

The problem is we are on an RCM, which is an older form of RIM, and they aren't able to be upgraded with a minimux.

Which means the whole box has to be replaced.

And from what I've been told by Telstra, there are no plans to upgrade it.

I'm after details like, cable lengths, gauges, losses etc.
