You only need something other than standard if your crank was damaged in the first place - which they mostly are if you've spun a bearing. No real problem going 10 or 20 thou undersize.

In "standard" size ACL have a +0.001" extra option which allows more oil into the bearing....I've got them in my motor atm and hasn;t caused any problems yet

I wouldn't go any more than .25 mm ( 10thou") under on an RB crank , if you need to machine the crank more than that, toss it out nad buy a new one .

In any case you should be checking the crank, even a new one, for runout and make sure you have the correct oil clearences ...
