Need Help R32 Gtr

Can somebody help me please i need to know if my knock sensor is stuffed. when im driving the car begins to go like a turky no accel or torque then if i switch the car off for 15secs and back on the prob dissapears only to happen again the next day what is the problem

You cant assume its the knock sensor/s. You need to have the car scanned for trouble codes that will be the easiest way to determine what area is at fault.
