R32 Fuel Gauge Question

Hi

My fuel gauge needle doesnt go down all the way to empty position when turned off, it always stays where the actual amount of fuel in the tank ie. 1/4 it will show 1/4 when off.

Anyone know whats wrong with my gauge?

Is this normal? normally other cars gauges needle goes down when ign is off

Youll notice in time that a lot of other cars do that

yes this is how all r32s atleast work. which is odd as if you fill the tank the needle wont start to raise untill you turn the ignition back on. you will find most cars are like this.
