for all the parts u need for the conversaion - it should cost around 500 bucks. u will need most turbo parts - ecu, injectors, manifold, turbo, lines, dump pipe, front pipe, intercooler, n also u will need to upgrade ur fuel pump..and then theres the cost of labour - im not too sure exactly how much thatll cost - everyplace is different, but make sure u shop around for a good workshop that actually knows about skylines.

hope that helps you out mate.

depends how much you want to spend and how good quality, how much you can do yourself and how much help you get from here if you havent done it before (i wasted money on some things that wernt every explainded on the forum)

you will need a good quality second hand turbo, prob want to spend like $300-$450 for that, make sure it comes with oil and water lines and the elbow pipe,

you will need a manifold prob around $100-150 but make sure when you get it isnt warped, grr mine was warped and blew my gasked and then had to take it off repace gasket @ over 110 a gasket from nissan, then get it machiened and put back on

for $50 its best to just get it machiened before you put it on for security

You'll also need dump and front pipe, prob $40-100

you'll need at least a manifold gasket but best to do turbo and dump gaskets about $180 all up from nissan

Intercooler and piping $50-$200

injectors like $100

ecu $50

best to do fuel pump to with a gtst item $50

or you could get an aftermarket pump and a regulator to get you threw till you upgrade injectors later down the track.

all these parts should get you going, if you got some sort of mechanical knowledge you should be able to put it together on your own/with a mate

if you got more money to spend id sugest the following

1. tuneable ecu

2. bigger fuel pump

3. bigger injectors

4.bigger turbo back exhaust

5. bigger brakes

6. bigger intercooler

7. better quality turbo, not so much bigger but better flowing ie garret or something

hope that helps as a very very short brake down on possible cost, plus best to plan for more money unexpected costs, but ey ends up a great car to drive mine hit full boost at like 1800 rpm

is there places that you can just take the car and like they buy all those parts for you and install it or do you have to buy the parts then take it to the workshop?

do a search but from memory there is a place that will do the conversion drive in drive out but the cost was more around the $4000 mark, which is about what any place would charge to do the conversion if they supplied the parts.

    • Hey lads, reviving an old thread.  As an update, since the last time replied to this thread, ive done mostly suspension. Havent touched the motor except for maintenance. Though upon changing spark plugs, found out i had splitfires pre-installed! Updates: - Got me some stock airbox top cover and snorkel to fit onto the original intake. Should be free of defects - Bought a set of R34 GT-T brakes (not installed yet, going to rebuild + respray in champion blue + white 'Nissan' text) - Bought the last set of bilsteins from @Sydneykid and had them installed. Has been making some sounds on the rear but hopefully should be sorted out after this New Year break. - Regreased front caster rod bushings (poly bushes..) - Rear upper camber arms - Whiteline sway bars (BNF27Z 22mm + BNR11XXZ 24mm).  The rear sway bars are a bit short (ive read 50mm else where) but was still able to get them in.  Anyhows, I reckon suspension is sorted now. Maybe replace bushes (do have a set of front upper control arms from SK not installed yet) but should be okay for now. From now, I'm wanting to start working on the motor, drivetrain etc etc. Still debating on the order to go on and what to buy etc but: - ECU ( Haltech or Link ( Link states that it dont support A/T or AWD functions... Can anyone attest to this? ) - Highflow turbo ( ATR43ss2 ) - Intercooler ( Not decided yet, but cant find many good afoordable ones. Toshi says to opt for crossflow Japanese. Bit difficult this one, unless I get a returnflow Blitz from JJ? ) - Injectors ( Any recommendations ? I do have a nismo FPR ( Thanks SK ) ) - Seats - Tune by either Toshi or DVS To be fair, I did consider just keeping the stock turbo and nistuning it. Sat in a mates stock N, that had something like 200kw, and I reckon that felt more than enough. Maybe I should just go this route ahhaha. Too many choices.... Planning a trip down south, so wanting to just clean things up and make sure it gets to and from in one piece. Anything else specifically I should do before ? Cheers lads
    • Must be for the car’s lucky charm 🤷🏽‍♂️ She runs fine, but it just seems to take about 1L less. Maybe I’ll have the oil sump dropped at some point to check if there is anything
    • Hmmm interesting. Mine is the exact same and clearly the right one.  The mystery of the engine oil being full after 3.5-4L continues
    • Yes I as well would like to find out where I could get some of the seat material with the red or blue small squares in it
