On another note, from past experiences I think that will set you back between 5-7k to fix that if you are doing it "well".

I also have a set of the highbeam headlights for sale for a series 2. I bought an extra pair when I was going my front end. $175 the pair delivered (I got them for about $300 delivered off yahoo)

lol, what can you do. i just hope he gets it back to its former glory.

plus i want to know what time it does down the quarter, as i never had the chance to get it on the strip.

anyways, i have a new car now, its called a toyota hiace, roof racks, shelves and racking, 3 ladders, and a bazooka, and best of all free fuel, gotta love the work van, its sexy as

easy up fella's was a simple mistake that any one could do. whouldn't wish the pain and suffring on anybody that this has done to me. lesson to all comprehensive inshurance is worth the money i know i didn;t have it

and as for the stag will be back looking better then ever and in tip top condition will post pics when it's all done.

Sorry Matthew, cringe factor is high for all of us, we all do feel for you trust me. Insurance can be very expensive but nothing like fixing a Stagea hey! Ouch... I am sure you will get it back to 110% percent and there will be plenty of advice here for you if you need any.

dont sweat it bud we all learn our lessons and it will be all worthwhile when u get her back on the road.i went down that track years ago without insurance and not even 3rd party insurance and believe me you are getting out of it cheap compared to me. my car write was a off and other car 12 grand repairs and that was about 20 years ago.god dam mercedes parts are expensive :rant:now i wont even take a car out of the driveway if its not insured .
