12 Volts To Fuel Pump

Ok my car is an r32gtst with rb20det 2530 gtr inj bosch090 fuel pump making 305hp atw. Anyways was talking to a fellow drifter about how my car hesitates sometimes, like a fuel pump prob. He suggested I try running 12 volts straight to the pump. Anyone have any experiance with this?

A lot of aftermarket fuel pumps come with relays, if yours didn't do a search for bosch relay, or make your own

Or you can do the grounded trick off the factory harness, so it runs at 12v all the time, although in my own car I'd use a completely new relay running straight to the battery(which is in my boot anyway)
