I have a dump pipe that goes off the back of the turbo all the way to the cat converter In 3" mandral bent, came off my R32, may fit R33 also (not 100% sure).

In very good condition, near new.

Will this fit a stock RB20/VG30/RB25 turbo? And also will the flange to join the CAT fit the stock cat?

Or is an aftermarket CAT needed?

Yes it fits the std turbo, and bolts up to the std cat converter.
