Installing An R34 Ex Cams On A R32 Rb26

Are you talking about a NEO or rb26 r34 motor?

The r34 Neo block has solid tappets so i dont think it will work. I know the valve clearances are different

well if you are putting it in an early rb26 then yes. you will also need the cas.and it needs the wires reversing to work. my mate just fitted a 34gtr ex cam to a 33 engine. you have to cut the cas wires and then re-solder them on 180 degrees.bernie.

I fitted R34 Tomei cams to my old R32 GTR motor.

You cut a slot in the R32 GTR CAS to fit the protruding ridge on the R34 exhaust cam. If you are handy with machining it's very easy.
