Vehicle Device Processor

Hi I have seen these vehicle dynamics procesor units around at electronic stores. Basicly its a pioneer unit with a lcd screen. It' plays cd's,mp3 player,dvd player and also shows you km hour, boost, kw and maximum speed. Has anyone got one and or anyone no anything about it cause I want one.

Is it a whole new headunit or is it a little addon I can plug into my already existing headunit?

Its not all in one unit, i had a pioneer dvd player and had the usual (cd, mp3, dvd, ipod, touch screen etc). The vehicle processor is a seperate unit that you have to buy and plug in. Not sure on the price now but when i last saw it was over $700 (that was a while ago)

Same with the ipod attatchment, its set up for it but you still have to buy the ipod unit and hard wire it in.

I paid $200 just for the ipod unit

I have a Vehical dynamics prossesor, you have to buy it seprately and have car sound guys install it for you...You also need to buy the pioneer dvd player..set me back $1250 for the dvd player and $600 for the dynamics prossesor, But should be cheaper now as that was at the begining of the year...
