Walbro Pump Install

Hey guys,

I did a search back a few pages and coulnd really find much

Now, this is where I am at.

The fuel pump and cradle is out of the tank, and the original fuel pump has been removed from the cradle,

Where I am now stuck is, the Walbro GSS342 pump I have is slightly slimmer than the stock fuel pump, so its not really fitting in the stock rubber mounting cup (fair bit of space between the pump and the innner wall of the cup).

Can I get some advice from people who have already done this job please?

cut the rubber from the origional pump and cut it down to size to wrap around the walbro, then use a hose clamp or two to secure it to the metal cradle on the pump bracket.
