Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone knew why this problem came about or how to fix my problem.

Recently, i have noticed that there was a squeeling noise coming from the belts and upon inspection (rb20det) the side of my a/c belt so i brought a belt from repco to replace the current one. ON removal, one of my dads friends (electrical and mechanic engineer) said there is always a reason. It probably misaligned... The a/c pulley and the crank pulley are misaligned about a 1mm (size of one groove) soo i could just replace the belt and wait for it to happen again or try and find the problem..

Well after removing the a/c pump, power steering pump, afm, ic piling and etc i have the mount removed from the engine wall and i can't figure out why it is misaligned???

is it maybe the wrong mounting from another rb or will it align with the right positioning...

ANY HElP?

splash plate... sorry i am no expert! some plate that should be somewhere in the crank area?

I mean the alter and water belt is perfectly aligned and so is the power steering! it just the f**ken a/c! i have removed everythin gfrom that side soo i just cant get the mounting bracket to sit in the right spot
