The previous owner showed me a little Apexi Power Meter Box, he wasnt sure what it was? Any body know the purpose of this little box?

is it an expansion harnesses for EL2 gauges? look at http://www.apexi.co.jp/products/electronic...s/elseries.html

i actually think it might be like an onboard dynamometer. looks like a display output might plug into the front of it and the wierd calibration thing and dip switches make me think its a dynamometer. similar to the Blitz Power Meter I-D i suppose.
