The plan was aired in the same week as cyclist William Raisin-Shaw pleaded guilty in the Melbourne Magistrates Court to failing to stop at a traffic signal and was fined $400.

In August last year Raisin-Shaw's bike struck 77-year-old pensioner James Gould.

so many times coming home on a saturday morning down beach road these f*kers would take up the entire 2 lanes and didnt give a shit.... slow as you please... 20kmh... got so pissed off one day i was considering taking the plates off my sisters jackaroo and just plowing through the f*kers.
