It's a detonation detector much like a PFC but uses colour as an indication of severity and also subtracts engine noise from the equation for accurate detection, also works as a shift lamp, see descritpion below:

Guard the health of your motor with the TurboXS KnockLite. This shift-light-style lamp works with your stock knock sensor or an aftermarket one (sold separately) to alert you when there's detonation, even before it's audible.

KnockLite learns your engine's natural noise floor, so it can distinguish between normal engine noise and abnormal knocking sounds.

As an extra bonus, KnockLite can be programmed as a user-programmable shift light.
