I havent changed anything on my computer, what could it be? E-mailed iPrimus, didnt replay  . I cant call because i am sick, so my voice in NOcondition.

Does anyone know anything..?

hey pavel our email has been backed up for a looooooong time thanks to this bloody worm/virus... idiots think its our fault or want us to fix their pcs when its nothing to do with us... well over 1000 emails backed up...

email me ur username and i'll taker a look... normally if disconnections just start u look if there has been any telstra vans in the area... reinstall the modem... but email me and i will take a look for u.

[email protected] - just put ur forum name and details in it...

dropping port speed to 57600 isnt going to do dick.

you only need to add ,, (6 seconds is way too long) after a phone number if you are having issues connecting to the internet not while you are connected.

It'll correct overflow issues on the com port. I've seen numerous modems run crc errors and other stupid retranmissions crap when the port speed is at 115200. Namely the crapola HP or compaq desktops with cheap modems fell into this category

But rest aside its an internal software modem. Those things are evil. I've found ,,, works the best for most of the crappy chipsets. Lucent binmodems were the worst. On par with Rockwell HCF

actually paul it all depends on the network ur connecting too... ltwin modems work the best on our network... agere soft modems dont nor do many other internals... an internal is always going to be bad in comparison to a hardware modem for obvious reasons... dont be fooled by USB modems either... its an internal modem with a tampon string.
