Changing Side Indicators On R33 Gtr - Help

Guys

This seems like a dumb one but I was hoping for some advice from someone who has actually changed the side indicators on a R33 GTR.

Are they able to be removed with a flat srewdriver from the outside or do you need to remove the inner guard lining to get at them from the inside?

I am going to replace mine with Nismo units and there doesn't seem to be enough give in the plastic spring to allow removal. I really don't want to damage paint/guards.

Flat screwy from the outside will do it.

I think you would have to go at the indicator on the side towards the rear of the car. From the back then pull it forward if I remember correctly.

Either of these ways will work, you can poke something in and pry them out, stick your hand up the back and push them out or get a screwdriver up in there and undo them, putting the new ones in is heaps easier, just push

flat screwdriver but make sure you cover the tip with a thin cloth so you dont scrap any paint work. should pop right out, providing there the same as the gtst's
