oh crap that's massive! haha why would you need something like that!? what are you running?

the one i've put in does the job, no problems at all except when i'm pumping everything at full without the car running, but for shows i run off electricity anyways.

good luck with the rest of the install, looks like quite a task.

At the moment, pulling out about 2500wrms... could squeeze out a few more, amperage goes to 3000, but subs are rated to 1000 :( so trying not to kill them too quick (even though I have to put 1 in for repair already)

Pics are on page 2 (I suggest you check out my couch too!)

Haha yeah, I think I have a problem... all the NSW members are adament I'm spending the money in the wrong end of the car :D

It's only half built at the moment, with the battery not secured, 1 sub out, and the brain for the DVD player on my desk here waiting to go into repair... hopefully it's all back and sorted for Auto Salon...

Platinum Car Audio and Interiors in Rydalmere did the boot work (bar installation and wiring)... All that was $1400... 2 boxes part fibreglass part MDF, all covering, and amp mounting...

I'm not sure being a smart ass about month old post where I said the wrong word is totally necessary...

...main question is wat headunit and sub/subs i should get to fit into my boot and also price? the L7 would b abit different i guess seeing how not many people still use them even though theyre pretty good (bit pricier than everything too :cheers: ) how would a pair of Infinity Perfect 10's or Rockford Fosgate Punch P2's in 10's sound?...

Infinity Perfect 10's are tops mate. Had a pair of em. Check back last page for my post regarding my system. Awesome SQ, really responsive and punchy.

However;

I upgraded to the L7 10's (2 of em lol). Turn the remote wank controller right up and, in my mate's words - "Ya cant see properly cause ya eyes geel like they are gonna pop out." Massive amounts of noise for a pair of 10's. Turn the remote gain controller down and they dont quite have the same SQ as the Infinity's

L7's for Out right obnoxious ness

Perfect 10's for SQ

The guy who built my stereo was insane, he loved to spend my money and i sat back and let him .. its been redone 3 times and im still not really all that happy with it but im sick of changing it. the whole thing is large but not as loud as you would expect, as you all know skyline boots arent overly spacious so fitting 5 15inch subs was one thing, getting enough box space to run them properly was another.

Wiring: enough to circle the globe twice!!
