INeedNos, do you know if the lowered springs will fit in my R32 GTS? i think they should, also, are they adjustable shocks? or are they just the springs?

INeedNos; How firm are the sprigs compared to the coil overs. The Tein coil overs I was looking at getting for $900 were far to firm for **** adelaide roads. I'm after something in between standard and teins. any help would be great. Also any one got a set of side skirts for sale??
