Tail Light Seals

Anyone have a clue as to where I go to get this fixed on my car? I've got my inner right light about 1/3 full of water right now and I've seen the DIY thread...I just have zero tools to do it

Generic workshop/mechanic or panel beater/detailer for this type of work?

Im sure any work shop could do it, i need to do mine so we could both do them and i have the tools too also are you going to use the original Nissan seals or use something like sikaflex to do it?

I'd prefer to use the nissan seals, they're $20US per side, theres a link somewhere on here about buying them.
