Sump Plug Size?

hi can any tell what size and thread a sump plug has on a r33 gts-t s1

Type 1 - Thread : 12mm x 1.25

Type 2 - Thread : 14mm x 1.5

you will probably find out (as i did with my old VS commodore) there will be 3 different ones that are nearly the same... best thing to do would be find a place that sells them and take your plug in to them. otherwise you could get the wrong one. how soon is it needed? i noticed they had them on ebay (magnetic ones)

^^^ yeah i got one off ebay so yeah, i need the correct size and i dont want to take my oil out as ive recently done a change

might be an idea to give repco and sparco a call. and ask them. if you give them the correct details they may be able to help, or if you have a local high performance mechanics shop that deal with skylines often they might be able to tell you straight away.

yeh i will let you know. i called nissan and asked but they dont know the size but the rb30 plug size is 12mm x 1.25

for those who like me who spent ages looking for it;

my r33 gtst took an m12 bolt, with 1.25 thread. any hardware or car place will have one.

cut it shorter and viola
