Everytime I Start My Car When Its Cold

ok so I just did the tightening thing...at first it seemed to get looser, so i started the car and it squeeled worse than ever, so pretty much confirmed it was that belt...then i loosened bolt 1 a bit more and tightened 2...belt felt tighter so tightened 1 again....started it and no squeal whatsoever but i'll wait till i do another cold start before i get excited....might have just stopped squealing coz it had just been started which is what it used to do...
