Mongoose M60 Problems

My car is at my tuner getting a plenum installed and after a long wait he's got it back together. The battery was out for about 3-4 days and now he can't get the immobiliser on my mongoose M60 to deactivate. The battery appears to be fine, and it seems to be held out at the ignition stage of start-up. So we entered the over ride and were able to get it to start. However now it seems like the remote isn't working and we have to enter the over ride every time we want it to start. Anyone got any ideas on what's going on??

Okay I've looked everywhere and i have no idea where the hell i put the manual. Can someone please send me a msg on how to do this.

It a common problem on the M60 sometime the remotes loosed the codes conpletely and you might need to buy and reprogram a new remote......-.-
