im having trouble with getting the waterpump off!

there is a cover at the bottom of the block that protect the timing belt pulleys, but for life of me i cant get it off, the screws are off but its getting stuck or something.

the only other way for me to get to it is to take off the timing belt ( which im not comfortable doing), then take off the pulleys to give a clear shot at it all.

if anyone has done this themselves in the past and has any bits of advice or even better could come spend a few hours with me and lend a hand.

all help is much appreciated!

Mate i would replace the belt at the same time as the pump.

I think you have to take it off anyway to do the pump..

Thats why most people would change the water pump when they do there timing belt..

Cheers....
