How Do U Do An "or" Search?

been trying to work out how to search for one term or the other. whenever i do "word1 word2" it matches only things with both. likewise with "word1 OR word2".

engine gets 60 pages

so the +thing isnt an OR search, its an AND? (i think it used to work a few months ago whenever i last did or search)

I dont believe there is a "or" option.

I want to do an AND search, i put in +gtr+climate and all i get is matches to gtr or climate, any other way to search for 2 words that have to be together?

tried engine | turbo and i get 28 pages (should be over 60 since engine alone is 60 pages)
