Turbo Gurus Does This Look Hi Flowed

Hey need help asap,,,,,does this turbo look hiflowed? it has the standard 9 fin ceramic exhaust housing.

this is what the intake looks like......the owner is claiming that its hi flowed with a 47mm wheel or something.....i really know nothing about turbos but does this sound right?

does the V2 V3 V4 make any difference? it looks like on the photo that i have that the lip on the intake has been honed out.......on a picture of another V3 it looks like it has single blade fins and a large lip.....am i making any sense?

that is a standard turbo it still has the anti surge ring machines in the compressor cover so nothing has been machined out of it.

someone is trying to take you for a ride.

That is a stadnard sII bakelite intake wheel.

The anti surge groove in the comp housing is what he's referring to. If it was highflowed, since the snout would be machined, the grooves would be less pronouned

The intake wheel i am nearly certain is steel. the exhaust wheel is deffinately ceramic.

on the intake side when i looked at it im sure its been machined out slightly as there is no lip whatsoever .........not trying to argue with your comments or anything like that.....just need to make up my mind on wheather or not to buy this...it's probably cheap no matter what it is.....just would be nice if it was a hiflow.
