I wanted to know if these are skyline offset wheels?

Or if anyone knows which car these will fit

skylines run +38 offset rims. they may fit the car as pcd also needs to be 5x114.3 not 5x114. also check to ensure that the rims clear the calipers correctly before driving, unless you want busted brake calipers and shit rims.

What exactly are "skyline offset wheels"? What are "GTR offset wheels"? You always hear people saying they put on GTR offset wheels on their silvias and shit. What are "GTR offset wheels"? Just wheels with offsets good for GTRs?
