Dash Light

i just recently tried to install LED into my dash..

but now.. every other lights on the dash works.. but the fuel,speedo,rev and water .. doesn't light up anymore. i've tried replacing it back with the original bulbs.. but it makes no difference..

any idea whats wrong with it?? everything lights up normally.. except those 4 bulbs that i tried to change..

is there a fuse for dash light that i need to check??

its driving me insane.. been sitting in the car for hours trying to figure whats wrong with it.

Could be a fuse problem. Check them to see which fuse is buggered and try replacing that? thats all i can think of really.

i 2nd that idea and maybe also it could be a prob with the pcb(printed circuit board) being burnt out or damaged.

same thing happened with me, but with the engine temp.

i just D/C the battery and pressed the brakes couple a times and viola. worked fine.

When changing the globes you have to make sure you dont touch the metal strips on the cluster otherwise you will create a circut and burn it out. Also the twist style globes have a positive and negative so have you tried turning them around? If not you can try to reset it buy disconnecting the battery (not sure if this will do anything).

If none of that works find the fuse!!!

hehe.. problem solved...

i felt stupid after finding out what was wrong with it.. found out the illumination wire came off ... from the plug when i tried to detach it from the dash board..
