Hi all,

I've got a R33 S2 and I'm looking to upgrade my exhaust to either a 3" or 3.5" turbo back exhaust.

I've apparently already got a HKS cat back exhaust, not 100% sure on size however. (only got the car Monday night).

What's my best bet? Should I just go to an exhaust shop and see what they can do for me? Should I keep the HKS catback and mix in other parts or would it be better to order a certain full TBE package from somewhere? I'm happy to support SAU suppliers if this is the case.

I'm in Brisbane if that helps.

Thanks for the replies.

Looking at the Just Jap website, would this combo be a good option to use with my current HKS Catback.

JJR Split Dump & Front Pipe - Nissan Skyline R33 GTS-T Price: $269

High Flow Design - 3 inch Stainless Steel

X-Force 3 Inch High Flow Cat - Nissan Skyline R33 Price: $199

Flanged - Flows up to 570 CFM

Would such a system be legal - db wise?

If your current exhaust system is quiet now, then after you add the dump/front pipe and high flow cat it'll be the same. The cat back controls most of the sound.
