Tacho/windscreen Wipers Not Working After Swap!

I swapped a rb20det into a previously rb25de series 1 powered laurel. I got it wired by nizpro in the goldcoast. For some reason now the tacho doesn't work and the windscreen wipers don't work either. It's odd because the window washer spray works when you pull the lever back. I don't really know where to start with either of them.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Have you got the original RB25DE loom? I am assuming it will be the same as the R32 RB25DE and can confirm if you take some photos of the plugs near the ECU, the ones that plug into the car loom at the passenger footwell. Shouldn't take too much to sort out.
