R32 Gtr Computer?

hey, had a look @ my gtr comp, as most ppl do.. and found it has this knob thingy with a dial and lots of jap writing..

no idea what it does... does anyone have a clue as to what it may be???

btw it also has PSS written all over the comp with broken seals..

That the diag knob. I don't remember the procedure, but you turn it fully anti-clockwise(I think) and watch the LED to get trouble codes from the ECU. Then turn it back to exit diagnostic mode.

it also adjusts the idle in very fine increments
