How god damn long have i been saying that i will help? Im not entering... and i have said it in every damn texi thread that has popped up...

im actually insulted im not on the list already...

Michelle - lol :D Im only taing the piss, I'll be lucky to get top 20 and my tips, arent normally the right tips but hey, I'll be more than happy to! haha

Oh, BBQ would need a couple more helpers, come on people!!

Umm maybe not wave a chequered flag, but would still much appreciate your help? :D

No worries. I'd love to help out since it's not looking like I'll be able to enter anymore. My gearbox shit itself on Tuesday and I dont know if I'll have it fixed by Texikhana.

    • It's a lottery. I ran my RB20 turbo at 17 psi for a while. It survived, went on to run for many many more years at 14 psi. Was still good when the engine was pulled to make way for the big block. RB25 turbo died as it came onto boost, never having been over 12 psi in my 10+ years of using it.
    • I imagine the procedure is the same for the rb25det neo, except only difference being is the 2 air release plugs to bleed the coolant instead of one?
    • Welcome! How much psi were you pushing I'm curious if you've blown 2 turbos? I was overboosting at one stage and went over 14-15 psi, surprised I didn't blow it right then lol.
    • Actually to extend on that....the problem is it is very easy to make double or triple the power that Nissan engineered the cars for. If you are going to do that you have to accept that you have to re-engineer everything associated with your decision. Most of the club motorsport world is much more mildly modified, with people spending a track:broken ratio that skyline modifiers only dream of
