Gearbox Capacities........Retraction

In a couple of recent threads re gearbox capacities I have stated that the Nissan spec of 2,8L for the Rb25 DET box should be used rather than the time honored method of filling until fluid just starts to seep out from the filler hole.

I have now been convinced that I was wrong ( by someone who should know) and in future will be filling mine using the time honored method, for my box this comes to 3.4L

ok 51Jay, so whats the new method. Mine used about 2.7L to fill, how do you squeeze more in?
