Suggest you spray the plastic bit black and buy a black boot and it will look fine.

'pablo 101' was doing group buys for r33 and r32 leather manual shifter surround and boot, good quality too.

don't think he was doing it for an a31 though. but might be worth dropping him a PM, he might know a supplier...?
