For Sale Threads - Forcing State In Title

I think it would be great if the car location (state) was forced to be written in the title, or if a drop down box should be included to search cars by state (i.e. when making a thread, they select their state). NS.com have a similar setup and it works really well.

Benefits? Makes it easier for members to search for cars from their specific state

Not sure how important this is to the forum, but thought i'd throw it out there anyway... I'm sure this has been mentioned before (couldn't see any threads), but not sure how easy it is to do.
